Role Overview: Were looking for a digitally savvy, strategic thinker to lead our digital marketing and social media efforts. This role will be instrumental in building our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and delivering measurable business results through online campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and continuously optimize for performance Own and grow our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube) with platform-specific content and campaigns Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling creatives and videos Track KPIs and generate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, HubSpot, or similar Manage website content and oversee UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience and lead conversion Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity Coordinate influencer marketing, digital partnerships, and PR campaigns when applicable
