Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead and manage our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience in SEO, social media, paid ads, content marketing, and analytics. You will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing executives, content writers, SEO specialists, and social media managers.
• Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the performance of all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales and product teams for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, and email marketing tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
