Job Summary:

Supplementwaala is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our performance marketing, digital branding, and team operations. This is a core leadership position where you’ll play a major role in scaling a fast-growing supplement brand online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-performing strategies for Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Website Funnels
• Conduct deep market research (R&D) to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer behavior
• Plan and manage digital ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
• Oversee SEO strategies, keyword optimization, content planning, and traffic growth
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive digital presence
• Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize ROAS
• Hire and manage a digital marketing team to execute growth strategies
• Explore and implement new marketing tools, trends, and automation strategies

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, paid ads, SEO, and analytics
• Strong understanding of tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, etc.
• Experience with landing pages, funnels, email marketing, and remarketing campaigns
• Excellent team management and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with hands-on ability to monitor, test, and scale campaigns

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the supplement, fitness, or wellness industry is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
