Role Summary:

Digital Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Develop and own

    end-to-end paid advertising strategies

    across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Drive full-funnel campaigns focusing on lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Implement and manage

    remarketing, custom audience targeting, and lookalike audiences

    .
  • Monitor KPIs including CPA, CPL, CTR, and ROAS, optimizing to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Create and execute

    multi-platform SEM strategies

    tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Manage campaigns across

    Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads

    .
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking to measure performance.
  • Run

    A/B and multivariate testing

    for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Campaign Strategy & Budget Management

  • Design and execute integrated advertising strategies across

    search, display, social, and remarketing

    .
  • Allocate budgets effectively across channels for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations for scaling campaigns and improving lead quality.

Performance Optimization & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign results to identify growth opportunities and cost reduction strategies.
  • Ensure accurate tracking with

    pixels, tags, and event triggers

    .
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in

    paid advertising & SEM

    with a strong track record of ROI.
  • Proficiency in

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

    .
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
  • Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector preferred.
