Learn and understand Business Units (Practice Builders) product portfolio and sales processes.
Present features and benefits of all products and services to new customers.
Work within an assigned area or account list to promote unsolicited business and grow sales and gross profits, lead generation.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to encourage closed business.
Qualify and ultimately close leads generated.
Respond to new and existing customers and product inquiries.
Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls daily.
Ability to effectively use Salesforce.com.
Work on specific tasks given by management to increase sales and profits.
Required to maintain consistent and acceptable attendance according to the assigned schedule provided.

Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
