As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your role involves planning and executing various digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and performance of the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing all digital marketing initiatives such as SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Designing, building, and consistently maintaining the company's social media presence. - Monitoring and evaluating the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing them against set goals like ROI and KPIs. - Identifying trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on data-driven insights. - Brainstorming innovative growth strategies to drive business objectives. - Conducting experiments and conversion tests, measuring their outcomes, and implementing necessary changes. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop landing pages and enhance user experience. - Utilizing strong analytical skills to assess the end-to-end customer experience across various channels. - Setting up conversion points and optimizing user funnels for better customer engagement. - Interacting with agencies and vendor partners to ensure effective collaboration. - Keeping abreast of emerging technologies, providing insights for adoption when relevant. Qualifications required for this role: - A BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. - Proven experience in digital marketing with a successful track record. - Demonstrated leadership in managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Creativity in identifying target audiences and creating engaging digital campaigns. - Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. - Strong knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends. - Familiarity with ad serving tools like DART and Atlas. - Expertise in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. - Working understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and limitations. - Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
