Role Overview

Digital Marketing Specialist / Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on:
• SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns
• Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Email Marketing
• Content Marketing & Blogging
• Affiliate Marketing & E-commerce strategies
• Develop course materials, assignments, and real-world projects for students.
• Mentor and support students in live projects, certifications, and career growth.
• Stay updated with the latest industry tools, trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the institute team to continuously upgrade the curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Proven work experience in Digital Marketing (2–5 years).
• Hands-on expertise with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
• Teaching/training experience preferred (but not mandatory if passionate about mentoring).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
