As a Digital Marketing Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and boost customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing diverse digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. - Managing and enhancing company websites to ensure optimal user experience and search engine visibility. - Monitoring and evaluating the performance of digital campaigns to meet set goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Utilizing data-driven analysis to identify trends, optimize campaign performance, and enhance ROI. - Collaborating with internal teams to create effective landing pages and improve user experience. - Overseeing content management across various platforms such as blogs, websites, and email newsletters. - Handling and maintaining the company's social media presence. - Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and providing insights for their strategic adoption. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in digital marketing (2-5 years preferred). - Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). - Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset. - Awareness of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Preferred qualifications for this position: - Google Ads and Analytics certifications. - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS would be advantageous. - Background in B2B marketing would be beneficial if relevant to our company.
