Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our digital marketing efforts and manage website performance. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who understands both creative digital strategy and technical website upkeep. You will be responsible for driving online visibility, managing SEO and social media, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring our website remains updated, secure, and user-friendly. Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
  • Ensure website technical health by performing regular CMS updates, plugin management, security patches, and fixing issues like broken links or slow load times.
  • Ensure lead generation through the website and social media channels by optimising user journeys, calls-to-action (CTAs), and landing pages.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with data privacy laws and website security protocols, including SSL, backups, and firewalls.
  • Stay current with industry trends, SEO updates, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve strategies.
  • SEO & SEM: Deep knowledge of search optimisation and paid search
  • Social Media Management: Strategy and content planning for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Ads and performance dashboards.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns, outreach funnels, and performance marketing efforts to grow revenue
  • Plan and oversee high-impact digital campaigns for our clients across SEO, Google Ads, SMO, and content marketing
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer insights; apply findings to campaigns.
  • Drive campaign operations and segmentation logic using marketing automation platforms such as Zoho Marketing Automation & Salesforce CRM
  • Support the development and maintenance of custom landing pages and promotional microsites on global marketing platforms.
  • Monitor website analytics and campaign performance; create detailed reports and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Create, update, and maintain website content, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and SEO strategies.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for candidates with a combination of the following:

  • Proven experience (2 to 5 years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and website management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress using Elementor Pro.
  • Solid understanding of SEO tools and techniques, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and Yoast.
  • Familiarity with website maintenance tasks including CMS updates, plugin management, site speed optimisation, and security patches.
  • Experience managing social media channels, content scheduling, and engagement tracking.
  • Ability to analyse website and campaign data to make informed recommendations for improvement.
  • Basic technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website hosting environments.
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools and marketing automation platforms like Zoho Marketing Automation.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across teams.
