TOSCA Automation Specialist

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about test automation, SAP solutions, and quality engineering who want to contribute to global projects within a dynamic consulting environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Tricentis Tosca for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP GUI environments.
• Identify automation opportunities within SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and collaborate with functional and technical teams to define test coverage.
• Develop model-based test automation in Tosca for UI, API, and data layer testing.
• Execute and monitor automation runs; analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure regression stability.
• Integrate Tosca automation with CI/CD pipelines and manage execution using qTest, ALM, or JIRA.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of automation failures and implement optimizations for maintainability and scalability.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation test data, scripts, reports, and user guides.
• Collaborate with SAP project teams to ensure automation aligns with business goals and release schedules.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for candidates with a combination of the following:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in SAP test automation using Tricentis Tosca.
• Expertise in T model-based automation — test design, execution, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with test management platforms (qTest, ALM, JIRA).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across India, USA and Australia time zones.
