Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site, based in Delhi, India. This is a full-time role responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and promote our initiatives. Daily responsibilities include managing social media platforms, analyzing digital campaign performance, creating and implementing online marketing campaigns, optimizing web analytics, and effectively communicating with internal teams to align goals. The right candidate will play a key role in driving customer engagement and implementing innovative marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, ROI driven campaigns and result oriented, sales driven social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
• Experience in managing and optimizing Web Analytics and Online Marketing campaigns
• Strong Communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external collaborators
• Ability to analyze data and interpret it into actionable insights for strategy improvement
• Familiarity with emerging marketing trends, tools, and platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience with marketing in the sports or entertainment industry is a plus
