As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kota.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• SEO & SEM: Drive organic traffic through effective keyword strategies, backlinking, and on-page/off-page SEO
• Social Media Marketing: Develop content calendars, manage posts, and engage audiences across all social platforms
• Email Marketing: Design and manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce engaging content aligned with brand voice
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach
• E-commerce Optimization: Work closely with the web team to enhance the user experience and drive conversions on the Ornate Jewels website

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion/luxury segment
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital trends
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience with jewelry or luxury products is a plus
