Why This Role Matters

Your Role:

Drive
performance campaigns
across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
Lead
reactivation campaigns
(email, WhatsApp, SMS, retargeting) to engage dormant learners.
Analyze performance using
GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards
.
Collaborate with content and product teams to deliver
impactful digital journeys
.
Leverage
marketing automation tools
(Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) to nurture leads at scale.
Continuously
test, optimize, and innovate
to maximize ROI.

What We’re Looking For:

2–7 years of
hands-on digital marketing experience
across channels.
Strong
analytical mindset
, comfortable with data, dashboards, and reporting.
Proven track record of
delivering measurable ROI
and scaling campaigns.
Excellent
communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
.
Experience in
healthcare or EdTech
is a plus.
