About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist & Graphics Designer who can strengthen our digital presence and support our growth across online channels. This role blends creative design with modern digital marketing, including AI-assisted content creation, analytics, automation, and emerging Martech tools.

As the company expands, there may be opportunities for the right candidate to migrate to Australia, and the company may support visa sponsorship depending on performance and business needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, paid media, email, and social platforms.
• Produce high-quality visual content for social media, ads, websites, and brand materials.
• Manage and grow our social media presence with platform-specific strategies.
• Monitor and report performance using analytics tools and offer clear, actionable insights.
• Improve campaigns through A/B testing, personalization, and AI-driven audience targeting.
• Work with internal teams to create landing pages and improve digital user experiences.
• Map customer journeys and optimize conversion funnels across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and tech partners when needed.
• Research new marketing technologies and share recommendations for digital innovation.
• Stay current with trends in short-form video, generative AI, automation, and Martech advancements.
• What You’ll Need
• Strong visual design skills and experience creating digital assets.
• Background in digital campaign planning and execution.
• Knowledge of website management (HTML, JavaScript, WordPress, CMS, UX/UI).
• Familiarity with analytics and optimization tools such as GA4, CRM dashboards, heat maps, and funnel tracking.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, Figma, Camtasia, or similar tools.
• Bonus: Experience with AI-driven tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or marketing automation platforms.
