Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialists to join our growing team at Formonex Solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

This role offers a great opportunity to work across various industries and campaigns, helping clients build strong digital visibility and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic traffic and rankings
• Manage social media handles and grow audience engagement
• Monitor ad performance, optimize for KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing
• Create and manage content calendars for social media
• Generate monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Insights, etc.)
• Strong understanding of digital KPIs and metrics
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new trends and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot (optional but a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
