Your Mission

Turn traffic into leads.

Core Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing (Most Important)

• Run Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads.
• Build conversion-focused campaigns (Lead forms, WhatsApp, Landing pages).
• Control CPL, CPA, ROAS – not impressions and likes.
• Kill non-performing ads fast.

2. Funnel & Landing Page Optimization

• Improve landing pages for conversion.
• Work with WordPress pages, forms, WhatsApp automation.
• Understand A/B testing and user behavior.

3. SEO & Local Visibility

• Rank us locally (Ranchi/Jharkhand) for service and training keywords.
• Google Business Profile optimization.
• Blog strategy that actually ranks.

4. Automation & CRM

• WhatsApp automation, lead tracking, follow-up systems.
• Google Forms, Sheets, CRM flow.

5. Reporting & Accountability

• Weekly reports on:
• Leads generated
• Cost per lead
• Conversions
• Revenue impact

If you can’t prove impact with numbers, your work doesn’t exist.

You Must Have

• Hands-on ad account experience (not theory).
• Ability to create and optimize real campaigns.
• Good understanding of WordPress & landing page structure.
• Strong copywriting basics.
• Hunger to grow, not comfort.

You Are Not Fit If You

• Only do posters and reels.
• Don’t understand ROAS & CPL.
• Can’t explain your past campaign results.
• Expect fixed routine with no accountability.
