About the Role

Aeloria Leadership Academy

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Aeloria’s

  Instagram page

  (posts, stories, reels)
• Design

  posters, brochures, and creatives

  for workshops, events, and programs
• Regularly update and maintain the

  LinkedIn page

• Update website content including:
• Event updates
• Program information
• Announcements and visuals
• Edit

  photos and videos

  for social media and promotional use
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams to capture and showcase on-ground activities

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong skills in

  graphic design and visual communication

• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• Video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Experience managing

  Instagram and LinkedIn pages

• Basic understanding of website updates (WordPress or similar platforms preferred)
• Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Portfolio & Skill Evaluation

• Candidates must be able to

  showcase previous work

  (social media pages, posters, brochures, videos, or campaigns)

• Before final hiring
