Job Overview: Were looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 4 to 5 years of proven success in B2B SaaS marketing In this role, you'll take ownership of planning and executing full-funnel paid advertising strategies across key platformsincluding Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer and strategic thinker, capable of generating high-quality leads, scaling campaigns, and maximizing ROI through innovative, performance-focused ad executions Key Responsibilities : Strategy & Executi onDevelop and manage full-funnel advertising strategies tailored to each platform (Google, Meta, LinkedI n)to meet campaign goalsfrom brand awareness to conversio Create media plans and allocate budgets across channels based on business objectives and historic alperformance dat Execute campaigns across various ad types, including Search, Display, Video (YouTube ),Facebook/Instagram Carousels & Stories, and LinkedIn Sponsored Content & InMai Monitoring & Optimization (CR O)Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and make real-time adjustments to improve k eyperformance indicators (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc- Perform in-depth A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and audience targetin Regularly analyze audience behaviour and journey touchpoints to refine targeting and boost conversi onrate Creative & Copy Collaborati onWrite, suggest or oversee high-converting ad copy tailored to each platform and target audienc Collaborate with design and content teams to develop visually compelling and on-brand ad creatives th atalign with marketing goal Analytics, Reporting & Insigh tsSet up campaign tracking via Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and conversion pixel Build performance dashboards and generate insightful weekly/monthly reports showing campai gnperformance and RO Provide clear recommendations based on data to improve future performance and align with busine ssKPI Cross-functional Collaborati onWork closely with product, sales, and content marketing teams to align advertising strategies with produ ctlaunches, content campaigns, and seasonal promotion Provide feedback loops to improve landing page performance and user experienc Requiremen ts:4 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS marketi Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Linke dInCampaign Manager, and relevant platfor Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition strategi Ability to manage and optimize large-scale budge Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and critical thinki Preferred Ski lls: Experience with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pipedrive, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Zapier, Go ogleKeywords Planner, Google Trends et ) ) tes Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Google Analytics (from a reputed institution) is a p lus Proficiency in using LinkedIn for B2B marketing and lead generat ion Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fi eld Show more Show less
