Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize a wide range of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and capable of delivering measurable results across multiple digital channels.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media, email, and display networks.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and email content.
  • Monitor performance, adjust budgets, bids, and strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Track metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and maintain reporting dashboards.
  • Support SEO and content marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in running paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.).
  • Strong understanding of keyword bidding, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing performance analysis.
  • Ability to analyze data and make ROI-focused decisions.
  • Strong copywriting, creative thinking, and content optimization skills.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or relevant digital marketing courses (preferred).

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.

  • Cost Per Click (CPC)
  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Conversion Rate
  • Lead/Sales Volume
  • Website traffic and engagement metrics

COMPENSATION

  • Starting Salary: ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Schedule

  • Day shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time
