Looking for a creative and active digital marketer to manage our online presence, social media content, ads, and basic coordination with our centres. Main Responsibilities Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn Handle reels, stories, comments, and daily enquiries Make simple designs/videos using Canva/Photoshop Run and monitor Meta ads and Google ads Update website and Google Business pages Track leads, social media growth, and prepare weekly reports Coordinate with doctors, clinic managers, HR and senior management. Support basic offline marketing activities when needed Skills Required Good social media knowledge Basic design & editing skills Understanding of digital ads Good communication & coordination Able to work independently Qualification & Experience Degree in marketing/communication or related field 1–3 years digital marketing experience (healthcare is a plus)
