Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to our website, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities · Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. · Monitor and optimize website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools. · Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. · Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media. · Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. · Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure optimal UX and UI in marketing campaigns. · Manage and maintain the organization’s website and update content as needed. Required Skills · 2-4 years of Proven experience in a digital marketing role. · Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. · Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM , Google Analytics, and CRM software. · Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. · Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
