We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute performance-driven marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be to grow website traffic, improve online visibility, and generate high-quality leads . You will work closely with the sales and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Role & responsibilities Plan and execute SEO and Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and improve search visibility. Run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to attract potential leads. Develop and implement email marketing and automation workflows for lead nurturing. Manage and optimize the companys website for lead generation and user experience . Create and publish engaging content across digital platforms (blogs, landing pages, social media). Track KPIs and generate performance reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools . Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and algorithm changes to improve campaign efficiency. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to build unified marketing strategies. Preferred candidate profile 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads Manager, and email tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot Strong knowledge of lead generation funnels Ability to manage campaigns within budget and optimize for performance Familiar with tools like Canva, WordPress, GA4, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is a plus
