Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to lead and manage the entire digital marketing strategy for our organization. This role requires a result-oriented professional with strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media management, content strategy, website management, and online advertising. The candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, generating quality leads, increasing online brand presence, and ensuring all digital platforms are optimized and performing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms.
• Handle complete SEO and SEM management (On-page & Off-page optimization, Google Ads, Keyword Analysis, Backlink Building, etc.)
• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with a strong focus on engagement and lead generation.
• Monitor, update, and manage the company website (content, SEO, performance, and analytics).
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, online promotions, and advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align online marketing efforts with business goals.
• Handle online reputation management (Google Reviews, social media comments, etc.).
• Manage content creation strategy (blogs, posts, videos, etc.) to support SEO and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.

Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Male (preferred as per organizational requirement)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and SEO.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.), and analytics.
• Experience with WordPress/Website CMS management.
• Excellent skills in content marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
• Good understanding of e-commerce and online branding.
• Proficient in English and Malayalam communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
