Digital Marketing Project Manager

As a Manager in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 50-55 individuals, with 5-8 direct reports. The team is dedicated to handling client and business practices for a fashion industry client based in the US. This is the first time the client has outsourced processes such as email and SMS management, content management, print media, graphic designing, and project management. You will need to possess strong communication skills as you will be engaging with international clients. The role requires experience in digital marketing, specifically in email marketing, and the ability to effectively manage marketing activities to ensure they are aligned with business requirements. Monitoring work volume on a daily basis and ensuring efficient completion of tasks is a crucial aspect of this role. Experience in project management is essential as you will be handling tasks without conventional tools and ensuring smooth operations. Team management skills are highly preferred, with experience in coordinating across departments such as marketing, content management, and print media. This coordination is vital to ensure that all activities are interconnected and aligned towards achieving business objectives. Proficiency in various applications and tools is required for this role, including Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, Epsilon, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Google Analytics, and CRM. The role initially involves night shifts from 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM at the office for six to eight months before transitioning to a hybrid model.
