Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Campaign Manager with strong hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling digital performance campaigns. The role requires deep ownership of accounts, strong analytical skills, and the ability to self-manage and work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate or post graduate field (technical background is a plus).
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Taboola, and other paid media platforms.
  • Proven experience in independently managing accounts campaign setup, execution, optimization, and scaling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and drive decisions through data.
  • Prior experience working with or managing digital marketing agencies.
  • Basic technical understanding of HTML, PHP, landing pages, and tracking frameworks is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take complete ownership of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Tabula , property portals, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage and coordinate with digital agencies, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs and timelines.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve targets related to CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and conversions.
  • Manage daily budgets, spend pacing, and monthly allocations to ensure efficient utilization and performance consistency.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels.
  • Drive landing page optimization through regular A/B testing of creatives, copies, CTAs, forms, and user journeys.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting insights, learnings, and action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with brand and internal teams to execute an integrated multi-channel marketing approach.
  • Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and improve efficiency within existing channels.
  • Test and evaluate new platforms, formats, and trends to stay ahead in the performance marketing ecosystem.
  • Ensure a data-led test-and-learn approach, with clear hypotheses, experiments, and outcome tracking.
  • Create or guide agencies on new audience segments and niche targeting strategies to improve lead quality and performance.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned initiatives with strong accountability and execution focus.
