Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, and paid campaigns.
Manage digital presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels.
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) to measure performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to drive integrated marketing initiatives.
Monitor emerging digital trends, platforms, and technologies to stay ahead of competition.
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
Handle agency/vendor relationships and ensure ROI-driven outcomes.

Key Requirements

10+ years of proven experience in
digital marketing strategy and execution
.
Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, social media advertising, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
Solid understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in driving revenue growth through digital channels.
Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
