Digital Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including designing, implementing, and managing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Your role will involve managing the social media presence by overseeing content creation, posting, and interaction to enhance followers, engagement, and brand loyalty. Additionally, you will lead content strategy and management by creating and managing digital content across platforms to engage the target audience and drive conversions. Your tasks will include analyzing and optimizing campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to measure and report on campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on insights. You will also be responsible for developing lead generation strategies and increasing conversion rates through targeted digital efforts. It is essential to stay updated on digital trends, industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. To qualify for this position, you should have 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. You must possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms is required. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is also necessary. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential, along with strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
