Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation, ultimately aiming to generate qualified leads - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape - Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising - Collaborate with the Sales and Client Growth Teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives - Create and manage content for various marketing channels such as the website, blog, and email newsletters - Analyze and report the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies - Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including CRM, email marketing, SEO, and PPC - Proficiency in the latest tools and emerging technologies in digital marketing - Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills - Strategic and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities - Experience in the Financial Services industry is highly desirable In this role, you are expected to have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in lead generation, with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
