Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute

    B2B digital marketing strategies

    for steel products (TMT bars, structural steel, sheets, etc.)
  • Drive

    lead generation campaigns

    targeting EPC contractors, infrastructure companies, OEMs, and distributors
  • Manage

    Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and industry-specific platforms

    for B2B outreach
  • Oversee

    website content, product pages, technical brochures, and catalogs

  • Plan and manage

    SEO strategies

    for product- and location-based keywords
  • Handle

    dealer & distributor digital engagement programs

  • Manage

    social media presence

    (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook) focused on brand trust and industry leadership
  • Coordinate with sales teams for

    lead qualification, CRM integration, and conversions

  • Track campaign performance using

    Google Analytics, CRM, and dashboards

  • Manage digital branding for

    trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events

  • Monitor competitor digital activities and market trends in the steel sector

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of

    Manufacturing Industry.

  • Expertise in

    Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO & SEM

  • Experience with

    CRM tools

    and lead tracking systems
  • Knowledge of

    technical content marketing

    (spec sheets, case studies, project references)
  • Proficiency in

    Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager

  • Ability to manage

    marketing budgets and ROI-driven campaigns

  • Strong coordination skills with sales, dealers, and agencies

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in

    Steel / Metals / Manufacturing / Infrastructure industry

    (mandatory)
  • Exposure to

    export / international digital marketing

    will be an added advantage
