Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven digital marketing strategies.- Facilitate Scrum processes to ensure efficient project delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns.- Mentor and guide junior consultants in Agile methodologies.- Drive client engagement and satisfaction through innovative solutions. Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, Science, or Business Administration.- Extensive experience in digital marketing, particularly with AI integration.- Proficient in Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:- Proven track record in Agile environments.- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects.- Experience as a functional consultant in digital marketing.- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and innovation.Good to have skills: Data Analysis, Marketing Automation, Machine Learning, Customer Relationship Management, Strategic Planning.
