Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns, creating engaging content and visuals, and managing social media presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and lead generation
• Design visually appealing posters, creatives, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (traffic, leads, engagement, ROI)
• Create and send email campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.
• Coordinate with content writers/designers (if needed) to align visuals and messaging
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
• Handle basic SEO, website updates, and content posting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Photoshop or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media, paid ads, SEO, and analytics
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Creative thinking and an eye for design

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Video editing and motion graphics
• Knowledge of WordPress or any CMS
• Experience with influencer marketing or online community building

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
