Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on driving business growth through CRM channels (Owned media). The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue from our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to drive business growth from the existing customer base across line of business Loans, Insurance, and investments.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) to engage and retain customers.
  • Customer Segmentation: Utilize data analytics to segment the customer base and tailor marketing efforts to different customer segments for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and personalized content for CRM campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness and enhance customer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies, particularly regarding data privacy and security.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM channels. Experience in the BFSI industry is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., CleverTap, HubSpot), email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and present data effectively.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the BFSI sector is preferred.
