With a focus on excellence and innovation, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our online presence and student outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote NEET coaching programs.
• Manage and grow Osone Academy's online presence across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and monitor performance for maximum ROI.
• Perform SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and ranking.
• Collaborate with the creative and academic team to generate content (posts, videos, landing pages, blog articles).
• Monitor analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and generate performance reports.
• Handle lead generation, nurturing, and CRM integration (like WhatsApp CRM tools).
• Plan and promote webinars, admission campaigns, and online/offline events.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools (like SEMrush, Ahrefs), and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil and malayalam
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in the education sector (especially NEET coaching) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing roles.
