Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Dehradun. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to support business growth. They will oversee social media campaigns, paid advertisements, content creation, and email marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Additional responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, managing SEO/SEM efforts, and identifying innovative approaches to reach target audiences effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with the hospital’s mission is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media management
• Experience in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
• Strong skills in content creation, email marketing, copywriting, and marketing communications
• Capability in data analysis, performance measurement, and reporting using tools like Google Analytics
• Excellent project management, organizational, and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare marketing or related domains is a plus
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
