Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role (based in Noida with some remote work flexibility) for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage online communities, and drive digital growth. Responsibilities include creating and curating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms, tracking analytics, and implementing campaign strategies to meet organizational objectives. The role also involves collaboration with the content and marketing teams to align messaging and branding.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in creating and executing Content Strategy
• Analytical thinking and familiarity with social media analytics tools
• Ability to manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms
• Knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the education or skill development sector is a plus
