Role and Responsibilities -
Social Media:
Manage all engagement across Four Seasons Mumbai social media accounts, including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and other platforms including Trip advisor and OTA websites
Thorough understanding of the social media environment and its evolving landscape
Awareness of latest tools, platforms and best practices
Curate content (photography and videography footage) through an editorial calendar of posts and build partnership with mega influencers and brands
Develop strategies to impact awareness and encourage engagement, inspire dream vacations to resorts and build loyalty
Manage Facebook advertising to drive online business to hotel website with digital agency
Utilise Olapic to integrate proper User Generated Content for social sharing on FSMAL platforms
Initiate conversations and build relationships with social influencers; pitch influencers for visits and exposure
Monitor blogs/ follow power bloggers relevant to travel industry and luxury market
Be well versed in Spredfast and use it for content management and social analytics
Prepare monthly Social Media Report and translate data into actionable insights
Do comparison reports on social media statistics with high performing FS properties and competitor resorts Coordination of FSRM participation in Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts brand-driven platforms and its global social media campaigns
Digital :
Responsible for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), to drive online business to hotel website with digital agency
Partner with Revenue Management to prioritize and merchandise package and offer strategies on fs and in online advertising channels
Regularly update keywords in all property online content to maximize SEO
Support direct booking strategy to encourage shift from online travel agencies (OTAs) to company owned channels
Manage content across all OTAs to maximize online business opportunities
Manage Trip Advisor, updating content as needed and seeking opportunities for marketing or promotion
Maintaining hotel web content to ensure up-to-date information, and create new and relevant content on fourseasons, aligning it with the annual PR Plan and Hotels evolving needs and innovations
Acts as main point of contact with Web Team for updating content on FS - across all languages
Manage and ensure up-to-date information in partner websites, including Preferred Partners, wholesalers and TA websites
Manage content on FS Mobile App and ensure that it is updated
Conduct market research of competition s level of exposure and activity on the web
Use Revinate, Google Analytics and Hotel Performance scorecards to measure and report on social media and digital statistics
