Digital Marketing Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
  
• Manage end-to-end marketplace operations: listing optimization, pricing, content, inventory, and visibility.
  
• Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Amazon Brand Analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, ad campaigns, product packaging, and cataloging.
  
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns (Prime Day, Big Billion Day, etc.) to drive sales.
  
• Monitor daily performance metrics sessions, conversions, ACOS, sales rank, and organic visibility.
  
• Handle compliance, account health, and coordinate with seller support in case of policy violations.
  
• Identify growth opportunities for existing and new product launches.
  
• Track and analyze brand-level P&L, ad spends, and ROI.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce brands, preferably in FMCG, Health, or Beauty segment.
  
• Proficient in Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central, Ads Console, and Excel.
  
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword ranking, and customer buying behavior.
  
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
