Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics platforms.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and marketing technology.
Manage budgets efficiently and forecast future campaign spends.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) managing digital media campaigns.
Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
