Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads for IT services and product sales through LinkedIn, email, and community outreach.
• Create and share engaging content across social media to build brand visibility and trust.
• Promote eCommerce products using reels, creatives, health tips, and SEO content.
• Plan and assist in low-budget paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta for traffic and conversions.
• Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Research market trends and competitors to improve lead quality and targeting.
• Maintain content calendars and report weekly on leads, traffic, and campaign results.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO platforms.
• Familiarity with content marketing, email outreach, and social media engagement strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative and proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
