Digital Marketing Intern (Social Media & Paid Ads)

We are a creative and fast-growing media company focused on branding, digital marketing, and content creation. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is passionate about social media, online advertising, and digital brand engagement. This role will focus on social media management and running paid campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily social media posting across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and schedule content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Assist in creating and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance and generate basic performance reports (CTR, CPC, reach, engagement, etc.).
• Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to improve targeting.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign assets and visuals.
• Stay updated with social media trends, ad policy changes, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Course / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and posting strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong interest in paid advertising and campaign analysis.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Basics Mandatory):

• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite or Google Ads Dashboard (even academic or demo projects).
• Understanding of social media metrics, audience targeting, and content strategy.
• Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools for simple social creatives.
• Bonus: Knowledge of UTM tracking, pixel setup, or basic analytics.
