Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Outreach Intern to join our team for an unpaid internship. This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and brand promotion. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging content, support social media campaigns, and amplify Simple URL’s presence in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) to promote Simple URL’s public and private URL shortening services.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for outreach.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, such as blog posts, email newsletters, or infographics.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings (30–60 minutes, 3–5 days a week via video call) to collaborate with the team.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Passion for digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Ability to commit to 15–20 hours per week and attend daily stand-ups
