As a Digital Marketing Intern at Glitchover, you will be an integral part of our team, immersed in the gaming and streaming culture. Your role will involve connecting with creators, nurturing relationships, and contributing to the growth of our digital community. **Responsibilities:** - **Streamer Outreach:** Identify and pitch Glitchover to gaming streamers on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. - **Relationship Management:** Cultivate long-term connections with streamers and content creators. - **Account Handling:** Act as the primary contact for onboarded streamers, assisting with onboarding, support, and platform guidance. - **Discord Management:** Maintain an engaging community on Discord, moderating channels, and executing creative campaigns. - **Team Leadership:** Lead and supervise a small outreach team of interns and freshers, providing guidance and motivation. - **Campaign Support:** Collaborate with the marketing team to implement launch campaigns, collaborations, and community events. **Ideal Candidate:** - Deep knowledge of the gaming and streaming ecosystem including Twitch, YouTube Gaming, and Discord. - Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage with creators effectively. - Leadership experience with a proactive approach to managing teams or projects. - Self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments. - Bonus if you have experience as a streamer, gamer, or community moderator.
