Internship Overview

This role is perfect for someone creative, curious, and eager to build hands-on experience in digital marketing. You will work directly on campaigns that create awareness, community engagement, and impact

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing

• Manage and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Assist in planning monthly content calendars
• Write captions, research hashtags, and track engagement

2. Content Creation & Design

• Work closely with the design team to create reels, posts, stories, and short videos
• Write short-form and long-form content for campaigns
• Support in designing creative assets using Canva (or similar tools)

3. Campaign Support

• Assist in executing digital campaigns for programs like Sign with Blee, BleeTV Library, ISL initiatives, and children’s books
• Support influencer collaborations (when applicable)
• Track campaign performance and compile basic analytics reports

4. Amazon Seller Optimisation

• Assist in Amazon seller account management

  , including listing optimisation, keyword updates, product descriptions, A+ content support, and basic sales/traffic tracking.

5. Community Engagement

• Respond to comments, DMs, and queries
• Help build an online community of parents, educators, and supporters

Skills Required

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Interest in social media, branding, and storytelling
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop preferred)
• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices
• Ability to research, plan, and adapt content
• Video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)

Eligibility

• Available full-time for 3 months
• Students or freshers in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related fields
• Comfortable with hybrid work and attending occasional shoots/meetings
• Passionate about
