Job Title : Marketing Manager Location: Hyderabad - Jubilee Hills Qualifications: Any Degree At least 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Real Estate/Property Development industry/Hospitality/Organic Farming, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Duties & Responsibilities: Managing a team. Designing marketing strategies, both conventional and digital, for group companies in Real Estate/Property Development industry, Hospitality, and Organic Farming. Conducting various events, and domestic and international exhibitions for the company. Liaising with the company's sales organizers (dealers) to expand the revenue base and coordinating activities. Developing a channel network. Planning marketing strategies for existing projects. Representing the company’s projects across India via exhibitions. Conducting surveys on competitors to stay updated. Handling relationships with clients, consultants, agencies, and other departments related to sales and marketing activities. Providing recommendations on training and development, and planning for subordinates. Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective Directing the hiring of marketing and promotions staff and supervising their work Negotiating advertising contracts Working with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies Collaborating with finance staff to set and stay within budget Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world  ATL and BTL Marketing .
