About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Google & Facebook Ads Specialist with 2–5 years of experience in managing performance-driven advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in digital marketing agency environments and experience handling international clients/projects. Candidates from Delhi will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
  • Google Shopping Ads
  • Display Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • Performance Max Campaigns
  • Search Ads
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
  • Track and optimize KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, CPA, etc.
  • Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Develop and present performance reports to clients.

Facebook & Instagram Ads

  • Set up and optimize campaigns across:
  • Facebook Ads
  • Instagram Ads
  • Plan audience segmentation, custom audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Evaluate ad creatives, placements, and formats to maximize performance.

Agency & Client Handling

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Work closely with international clients and understand global marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with content, design, and analytics teams for campaign execution.
  • Deliver performance insights and strategic recommendations during calls and meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Google & Facebook Ads.
  • Mandatory experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  • Google Ads Manager
  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, budgeting, and ROI optimization.
  • Ability to handle international clients and communicate professionally.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
