We are expanding our marketing function and seeking a talented Digital Marketing Fresher/Associate who is eager to learn, experiment, and build a strong foundation in performance and content marketing.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for candidates who have a passion for digital marketing and want to develop hands-on expertise across channels. You will be involved in content creation, SEO, social media management, campaign execution, analytics, and brand growth initiatives. Training and guidance will be provided, but a proactive and curious mindset is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and content platforms.
• Support SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
• Create, edit, and publish content for blogs, ads, social media posts, and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign analytics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated on digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
• Contribute new ideas to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and analytics.
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, Google Analytics, or email automation is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus but not required.
