Key Responsibilities

SEO:

• Conduct website audits, competitor analysis, and keyword research
• Perform on-page & off-page SEO
• Create & maintain monthly SEO content calendars
• Publish SEO-optimized blogs
• Measure, analyze, and prepare monthly SEO reports

Local SEO:

• Optimize Google Business Profile
• Perform local keyword research, NAP syndication & backlink creation
• Publish keyword-optimized, relevant content
• Optimize websites for local search & manage ratings & reviews
• Measure, analyze, and prepare monthly Local SEO reports

Social Media Marketing:

• Create & optimize social media pages & profiles
• Conduct competitor analysis & build strategies
• Create, write, design & publish social media content
• Maintain monthly content calendars for consistent content marketing
• Increase customer engagement & prepare monthly reports

Skills Required

• Strong foundation in Digital Marketing, SEO & Local SEO
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing & Content Marketing
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent time management & self-motivation
• Fast learner, confident, and diligent
• Good communication & team player skills
• Must know English & Hindi (Bengali – optional)
