Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing our online marketing campaigns. You will work across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing, to help drive traffic, generate leads, and promote our brand. Role & responsibilities 1. Social Media Marketing: Manage and create content for the companys social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Monitor social media trends, insights, and engagement to optimize content strategy. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries or feedback. 2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings. Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for better SEO performance. Track and analyse website traffic and search engine rankings. 3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage Google Ads campaigns (Google Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions. Monitor paid campaigns performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize ad spend. 4. Email Marketing: Design and implement email campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails, etc.). Analyse email marketing performance metrics such as open rates, click rates, and conversions. 5. Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging and informative content for blogs, websites, and landing pages. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content. 6. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track and analyse digital marketing performance. Generate regular reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements. 7. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing (2-4 years). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing tools. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns. Male candidate is preferred.
