Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Project Manager/Product Manager to take ownership of our ODOO-based platform and related operations, and eventually manage the transition to a custom-built native platform. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of website development using ODOO tools , and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and business teams. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring the platform meets operational goals and evolves to support business efficiency Role & responsibilities 1. Platform Development and Management Oversee the creation and ongoing management of the platform using ODOO tools. Collaborate with developers and designers to implement changes, enhancements, and customizations including ERP, CRM integrations. Ensure the platform's design and functionality align with business goals and brand guidelines. o Understand/implement security & compliance measures. 2. Stakeholder Communication and Coordination Act as the primary point of contact between the business team and the ODOO development/support team. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation. Troubleshoot platform-related issues and coordinate with developers or the ODOO team for timely resolution. 3. Product Ownership and Strategy Serve as the Product Owner for all website features and functionalities. Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for platform improvements, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and user feedback. Monitor platform performance, user experience, and adoption, proposing enhancements to optimize efficiency. 4. Collaboration and Efficiency Improvements Partner with internal business teams to identify process inefficiencies and suggest technical or workflow solutions. Ensure platform enhancements are aligned with business objectives, user needs, and long-term strateg Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors /Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. o 3+ years of experience in project or product management, with ODOO platforms is must. o Proven experience managing website development projects and collaborating with outsourced teams. o Experience managing transitions to custom-built platforms is a strong plus.
