Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Google Ads

    : Manage Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns; conduct keyword research, write ad copies, and optimize bids to maximize conversions.
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    : Plan and run campaigns for awareness, engagement, traffic, and leads. Utilize advanced audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and remarketing strategies.
  • LinkedIn Ads

    : Manage Sponsored Content, InMail campaigns, and lead generation forms targeted at B2B professionals.
  • Other Platforms

    : Explore YouTube, Twitter, Quora, and emerging ad platforms for new growth opportunities.

2. Social Media Marketing & Branding

  • Create and execute both

    paid and organic

    strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Work with creative/design team to develop

    engaging ad creatives, videos, carousels, and stories

    .
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Manage community engagement through comments, messages, and feedback.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Develop and manage

    landing pages, forms, and CTAs

    for lead capture.
  • Set up conversion tracking using

    Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag

    .
  • Optimize

    Cost per Lead (CPL)

    and

    Cost per Acquisition (CPA)

    .
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure

    lead quality

    and nurture campaigns.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using

    Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Ads Manager dashboards, and CRM reports

    .
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on traffic, conversions, CTR, ROI, and CPL.
  • Recommend new strategies to scale campaigns.

5. SEO & SEM (Support Role)

  • Assist in keyword strategy for organic + paid integration.
  • Ensure landing pages are SEO-friendly to improve Quality Score in Google Ads.

6. Budgeting & ROI Management

  • Plan monthly budgets for ads and track daily spends.
  • Allocate budgets across platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads

    (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)
  • Meta Ads Manager

    (Facebook + Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console

  • CRM / Lead tracking systems

  • Strong understanding of

    performance metrics

    (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS).
  • Knowledge of

    SEO basics

    and

    content marketing

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel/Google Sheets

    for reporting.
